How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee:

Standard Orders - All orders are made to order and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days. 

If you require your order to be delivered sooner than the delivery times specified, we can and do offer express delivery. We will do whatever we can to meet your requirements.

How do I return my item?

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards along with PayPal 

Please note you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by this method

Are spaces included in the character allowance?

No. Spaces and punctuation have been taken into account when we give a character allowance. In some circumstances we alter the spacing to fit your engraving. 

My item differs from the size and colour to the ones on your website

Wood is a natural product and no two pieces of wood are identical. The colour and grain will differ with every product. Along with the wood, colours can appear slightly different on screens. All sizes stated in the product information are approximate, but we try our best to make sure we are as close to the stated size as possible.

My order was damaged in transit, what should I do?

What do I do if there is a mistake on the inscription?

This should not happen however, in the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us immediately at hello@redsharkdesign.co.uk and we will resolve this problem.

I wish to cancel my order

We request you contact us within 6 hours of your order being placed to request a cancellation.

If an item is cancelled from the order, a refund will be provided in full if no work has begun on the item. If an item has had the artwork done but not made, a £5 fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount to cover proofing costs. If work has begun on the item, a refund cannot be given.
