Returns and Damages

If you are in any way unhappy with your product, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us and we will be more than happy to help. 

Due to the personalised nature of our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged upon receipt in which case a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the faulty items.

Where possible; we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.
